A relic of former Sudanese President Jaafar Nimeiri's 1976 trip to the US. As a Cold War ally, Nimeiri visited the US six times between 1976 and 1985 and met with Presidents Carter and Reagan. He was famously overthrown while returning to Sudan from his final trip.
