I am watching 2013 #Neighbours and really struggling to understand why so many people like Kate and Sonya. Kate was an awful friend, kissing/sleeping with her friends boyfriend, and Sonya was just a meddler and so whiney.

@SP_EnergyPeople Not comfortable doing that as this is not secure. I have just spent an hour and 10 mins on the phone to an agent who just did not understand what I was asking and it was a complete waste of m ytime. I did find out however that nobody bothered to log my complaint on 25th July

@ScottishPower I am absolutely disgusted with the "service" you are providing to your customers. I logged a complaint on 25th July after getting an email saying I was in arrears (on a prepayment meter) a week after being reassured that I was only using what I had paid for. 1/3

@ScottishPower how do I take this further? We are also supposedly on your Priority Sevice register, what a joke. It will be 8 weeks since logging the complaint on 19th September and I have not had any acknowledgement of my complaint @ofgem

debt showing and you are taking an extra £10 a week. All this an still no acknowledgment of the complaint and I can't get through to speak to anyone as your opening hours are not working people friendly and your chat service constantly cuts me off! 3/3

@badraeey @itvnews Actually, I will fight none thanks because I raise and train all of my dogs to not be aggressive regardless of the breed. You clearly just don't get it.
