Our other issue is with Capita contract delivery standards/levels. Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

Today - 30 June - was the day that Capita was given by ministers to deliver the full terms of its £239 million contract to administer the Civil Service Pension Scheme.
As expected, Capita has failed to meet that deadline and we await the government's announcement on what the consequences of this failure will be.
