@Coachcap77 Football in Maine has practice time limitations. Acclimation periods. All other sports have none. You can be in any other sport and if you wanted have 5-6 hour practices (I wouldn't do that) but football we are limited pads or no pads
Itโs amazing how many people donโt realize you canโt opt down in Massachusetts. You can only opt up and if you move down, it is based on enrollment numbers. You can appeal your divisional placement but that doesnโt mean it will be granted.
You always wish legends could live forever. But God has other plans. Thanks Coach Wolfgram for always being the biggest supporter of High School Football in the State of Maine
@coachlip Agree but the issue is if the you're a football coach and the majority of the students are football players you aren't supposed to do it. Our S&C is a football coach so my wife opens the weight room. So from a safety standpoint it makes no sense . It seems like We need revamping
So today starts the 2 weeks hands off period. So think about it. Spend all summer lifting and training and 2 weeks b4 camp we have hands off. Yet we want kids to be ready for camp? I watch these videos out by MPA and all they talk about gradual conditioning and heat acclimation?
