@ComEd After four months of inaccurate billing and a litany of ComEd excuses I paid an exorbitant bill. Now another two months have passed -_ SIX MONTHS for those counting-- and I have not received any bills NOR is my online account accurate.
@ComEd It has been almost two weeks and I have not received any contact from customer relations. Moreover, in response to my online complaint to the website, I received notice that a deposit was being placed on my account.
@Xfinity I have been trying to connect for 15+ hours. Iโve been back-and-forth in private messages all day long. I am unable to get any work done or do anything else with my laptop my television or my phone. Please help me I canโt stand this anymore!!!!!!!!!
