I stand in solidarity with the belarusians fighting for reform and changes in #Belarus. The regime harass, arrest and illtreat their own people. I call on #lukashenko to immediately and unconditonally #FreeKalesnikova and other political and peaceful innocent detained citizens.
#Belarus Maryna Leanovich has been behind bars for over three years. The IT specialist was sentenced to five years of imprisonment for donations. During her imprisonment, her psychological state really worsened: Maryna started having panic attacks & frequent suicidal thoughts.
WHAT DID I JUST HEAR?!
Witkoff called putin a “humanist”
A HUMANIST?!
The man whose war has killed Ukrainian children. Destroyed entire cities. Torn families apart.
And Witkoff PRAISED him. On camera.
If this is what they say publicly, what on earth do they say behind closed doors?!
I’m speechless.
As someone living in Kyiv, I’m begging you:
Please help us stop this.
Almost every night, russia strikes Kyiv with ballistic missiles, hitting civilians, homes, and warehouses.
We can’t stop these missiles because we don’t have enough Patriot systems.
People are dying.
Please don’t look away. Share what’s happening in Ukraine. Help us save lives.
By striking the Kyiv Pechersk Lavra, one of the greatest holy sites of Christianity, Putin has forever put his name on the list of history’s worst barbarians.
He should be damned for centuries. And he will lose this war.
From the Horde in the 13th century to the Nazis and Bolsheviks in the 20th century, Kyiv’s sacred monasteries have suffered numerous barbarically attacks.
Now we are dealing with Russian terrorists who have already outmatched ISIS in their crimes against cultural heritage. Only Russian scum who have nothing sacred can deliberately damage the Kyiv Pechersk Lavra, a unique UNESCO heritage site under special protection.
We will be urgently initiating all relevant procedures within UNESCO and all other international mechanisms, demanding immediate and adequate responses to this state barbarism.
We expect strong reactions by international institutions and capitals. No vague words, silence, or weak steps. We need action now to stop Russian barbarism.
The moment of one of today’s Russian strikes on Kyiv.
I can see that fewer and fewer people are reading news from Ukraine. I understand that on a Sunday morning, people don’t want to read about war. They want to sleep a little longer, drink good coffee, and sit in the sun. I understand that. The algorithms on X limit content about war, destruction, and suffering. You have to make an effort to even see this information.
All of this is understandable on a human level. But unfortunately, if you remove Putin and the war from your information feed, they do not disappear from reality.
Putin is a sadist and a maniac. He is a threat to all of humanity.
There needs to be active resistance. News from Ukraine needs to be shared. People need to keep their focus.
Despite a sleepless night, I’m still here. And I’m grateful to everyone who continues to stand with us.
One day, we’ll drink morning coffee together in a beautiful, peaceful Kyiv.
#Belarus Another blow to Belarusian culture. In Minsk, the regime detained Andrei Kim - founder of the Belarusian film project Kinakong - and his wife. They brought movies and cartoons to audiences in the Belarusian language, translating and filling cinemas across the country.
Putin fears a free Belarus as much as a free Ukraine.
Lukashenka stays in power through repression and terror. Russia keeps him there through force.
That is the real foreign interference in Belarus.
Belarusians will decide our own future — not dictators.
"I don't sleep at night, I knit [socks]. And I knit as best I can so their feet are warm in them."
95-year-old Mrs Sofiia Dukhovych from the village of Krylos, Ivano-Frankivsk region, has been knitting socks for Ukrainian Defenders for three years. During this time, she has knitted over 270 pairs. Mrs. Sofiia firmly states that she will continue knitting for as long as she is able.

It was wonderful to see Masha @by_kalesnikava for the first time in 5 1/2 years when she came for the New Year’s address. She is just as energetic and inspiring as ever.
Thank you, Masha, for your smile, for your work, and for your inspiration.
We have all missed you very much!
Today, Nina Bahinskaya turns 79.
She's a symbol of our fight for freedom. A living conscience of Belarus. A quiet, unstoppable force of courage.
Nina, you remind us what moral strength truly means.
Happy birthday! You are Belarus. 🤍❤️🤍
#Belarus First interview with Maria Kalesnikava after her release and deportation to #Ukraine. It always strikes me how every released political prisoner mentions those still in jail - this is our Belarusian solidarity. Our Masha is free, and it's such a relief and joy.
Two visions for our country exist today.
One Belarus is held hostage by dictators.
The other lives in the hearts of millions who stood up in 2020 and voted for democratic change.
We are not Russia’s province.
We are a sovereign European nation of freedom-loving people.
Authoritarian repression doesn't stop at borders.
The Lukashenka regime continues to persecute Belarusians abroad—threatening exiles and punishing their loved ones.
Democracies must stand together to protect those who speak out for freedom.
