“I learned the hard way that if the people in your relationships are selfish and doing hurtful things, it’s likely you are too, you just don’t realize it.”
-The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck
How strange it is to wake up, check the news, see the world burning down… and still have to go to work, answer texts, be a person.
Do what you can. That’s enough. It really is.
I am not ashamed to say that my wife and I are hungry and cold, because this is something beyond my control, and I am not ashamed to hear the sound of my empty stomach at night, as this is not my fault.
But I feel ashamed when I ask you for help and you refuse.
Do not stay silent about this. Every Muslim has a connection to Al-Aqsa. It is the First Qibla, the 3rd holiest site, From the night of Isra and Mi’raj to the legacy of every prophet who stood upon it.
As an Ummah, silence is not an option!!!
Dads were right. Walking around with your hands behind your back and looking at everything around with a mild look of disgust and annoyance is so much fun
I won’t forgive anyone who sees this post and ignores me.
Pause for just 5 seconds.
Help my family with even £10 to provide food.
If you can’t donate, leave a dot — it speaks louder than silence.
