"After four years, Allah blessed me with a son. When the fire broke out, I waited, but no one was there. There was no one outside the nursery to break the door. My son was inside. I broke the lock and went in. The fire threw me outside, but I went back and pulled out four to five burned children with my own hands."
My heart is crushed with these words😭😭😭
Ocean Mall is a deathtrap. Fire exits and lifts and stairs need to be checked. Plus vol of people needs to be limited. SBCA and KMC fire brigade should check it out. Went there for cinema event. NEVER AGAIN.
Girls raped and killed every week, a professor hanged his wife, wafflix founder murdered in cold blood, and infants burned alive in PIMS hosp. nursery, all with zero accountability
In Pakistan, there is no guarantee of life. not for women or for men, not even for newborn babies.
In his last khutbah, Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) Said:
عورتوں کے معاملے میں اللہ سے ڈرو
And he was crying while saying this and he repeated this sentence three times. let that sink in
Genuinely haven’t felt this kind of heat in Karachi.
It’s burning out there, please keep yourself safe in this weather and take the necessary precautions and measures to protect yourself from heatstroke or dehydration. 🙏
Allah Nigheban.
I’m so proud of my country this past week. We stepped in to prevent nuclear escalation, arranged talks & facilitated safety against all odds. We kept a lid on speculation & information leaks. We never had control over the outcome but we were the only ones who tried to change it.
We often heard our grandparents, our elders, say Allah created Pakistan for a greater purpose and it was a country destined for glory.
We thought that was the romanticized idealism of those who witnessed the birth of a nation, the quiet nostalgia of a generation that watched a homeland rise from the dust of an empire with nothing but faith and sacrifice.
Today we realize our elders were not romanticizing.
They were prophesying.
We have not always honored the promise of this land. But there is a divine mercy that has never stopped protecting us and a grace that never abandons us. May we rise this time.
pakistanis have seen so much chaos in the past few years that nothing really seems to bother us anymore. jang hogi? larr lenge. zinda rahay? jee lenge. maut agayi? marr lenge. Allah pe bharosa hai, kuch na kuch ker lenge
Petrol prices going up again and it’s the middle class that gets hit the hardest. People already living hand to mouth are going to struggle even more. Govt should at least consider WFH and online classes. What were they even thinking?
The rain in Karachi has been relentless. May Allah SWT have mercy on everyone, especially the homeless and those most vulnerable who suffer the most every year. Praying that no one faces any loss. 🤲
Astaghfirullah for when I've felt superior to others. Astaghfirullah for when I struggle to forgive someone for the wrongs they've done to me. Astaghfirullah for the sins I've committed, both those I remember and those I've forgotten to seek repentance for.
@ArmedWithWords I tried messaging you but I think there is a glitch and the message isn't going through. I would like to contribute. Kindly share the account details when you can, thanks!
