@theweb3jess@signalapp@depressivehacks Hear me out... parents... parent?
If you are unaware of the dangers of technology as a parent, you do not give your child access to it.
Or at the very least, you limit it. You have the tools to.
Letting your child stumble upon this is truly the parents' fault.
@JamieBa39645902@SkyNews No. Parents should have always of been in control of their kids. Just because some are negligent in educating their kids on the internet or even bothering to use parental controls, the government is now removing anonymity from the internet for everybody.
@JG961uk@cherryfiiore@PolitlcsUK Should be up to the parents to restrict social media usage, not the governments. How is this good anyway? Simply just government surveillance but disguised poorly ๐
@SkyNews all it takes is one person to stick a dodgy QR code over the real one... and you can get malware, be sent to phishing websites, list goes on...
awful idea. why change what works?
@WeBigW @transgendernoli Yeah google doc wars is stupid for the type of situation. Either one of them needs to take it up legally, as both of them, obviously, have contrasting views
@CatKryo Final verdict will be when it gets handled legallyโฆ lots of conflicting info online, so see what happens.
Serious cases like these canโt just be back and forth documents, so iโm glad itโs been taken up to court.
@IckyVickyRblx This situation would've been totally preventable should Ren and Zeal have communicated their boundaries before developing a closer relationship.
Very messy situation, we'll see Ren's response soon ig.
