@AirCanada is it customary for your employees to openly belittle and mock customers w/ disabilities? Last week my friend with a severe Anxiety Disorder told her condition to an agent when asking for assistance & they snapped "Look around, everyone here has an anxiety disorder!"

And immediately left the solo traveling customer without assistance on the verge of having a panic attack. Thankfully other paying customers stepped in to help her sort things out. The info that the CS workers gave her was wrong and would have been disastrous had she listened
