@virginmedia Hi, my internet has been dropping for 10+ mins, sometimes multiple times an hour for a few weeks now. Both wired and wireless. No service issues in my area. Tried rebooting and restoring to factory but still dropped 3+ times in the last hour.

@virginmedia Hello. Annoyingly still going up and down. It'll drop out 5/6 times for 10+ mins within 2 hours then be stable for a couple hours before dropping out all over again.

@AskeBay So what should be my plan of action? The seller has been clear they will not accept a refund despite eBay siding in my favour, starting a refund process.

The seller will drag it out. They won't confirm a return, and there is 0 monetary or otherwise value in pictures of the item.

@AskeBay Decided to have the item returned, but the seller is uncooperative and rude, and has even admitted to intentionally hiding information to sell pictures of an expensive item rather than the item itself.

@AskeBay Claim has been made and won, but I'd just be returning pictures due to their scam, which obviously have no value and just prolongs gettings this sorted. Is there a way I can contact/be contacted to sort it out?
