Happy Friday everyone!

You don't need to find yourself. You're not lost. You need to remember yourself, remember who you were before the world got to you. That's where your power lies. 🧡

AND remember - you're never fully dressed without a smile😁

[Abundant Art @abundantart]

If your story is limiting you or holding you back, unwrap yourself from your story and remind yourself that your story is still unfolding, and you get to choose whether you live within or beyond your story @inner_space #FridayMantra 🙏https://t.co/yb6itsNuxF

Happy Friday
Remember to be grateful for the small things in life.
Some people don't have a roof over their head or someone to talk to cause they live alone on the streets.
When you have a bad day remember it could be worse.
Gratitude every day will help you through tough times

If the last 18 months have taught us anything, it’s that getting out & about is vital for our physical & mental health. Museums are a fantastic way to help us stay active & engaged, especially in the post-lockdown landscape @britishmuseum @NHM_London @V_and_A #MondayMotivaton
