I might eat my words, but I genuinely believe that Xabi is going to be our Pep. Tuchel was amazing for what he did, but his talent ID was absolutely atrocious. Mourinho’s always had great talent ID, but his man management reeked second run. Xabi’s talent ID has been elite so far
