@Sierra_OffLine Lots of people (like me) had reel-to-reel machines back in the 60s-70s. The cost was high, but the sound quality was the best, and you could just borrow your friends' records and copy them onto tape for its cost. Plus, could make plays, loops, and 'musique concrete'

@Sierra_OffLine Cubicles came in during the seventies, so I'd say they were prior of the personal computer. In the '60s, you'd see lots of small offices.
