We went back to see them in 1998 at the old Northrop (ticket shown as well) but that 1996 concert was definitive. I’m excited for all of the fans who get their first, or yet another chance to see the Gallagher brothers together onstage in 2025.

The Oasis reunion news brought back a flood of memories this morning. One of which includes a sad(ish) tale of shattered(ish) teenage dreams with a happy(ish) ending.

Fortunately, all that disappointment slid away once we got to our seats and the first notes of “The Swamp Song” hit. They played 16 songs in all from Definitely Maybe and What’s the Story, plus the b-side “Whatever” and a cover of “I Am the Walrus.”
