So, @iwoot @thehutgroup Send an email with a flash offer with no promo code - I click through to purchase half an hour later & discount doesn’t work. I query with the contact centre and I’m told that he can only assume that the sale was for 30 minutes. Isn’t that just convenient?

I’m curious if it is common practice to arbitrarily with zero warning simply cancel and delay ones 1st @HelloFreshUK box delivery on the very day it is due to arrive...or if I’m just lucky.? This is unacceptable and would have me think twice about signing up. #youbeenwarned
