I've been out Christmas shopping today. Whilst it was very busy, people were friendly, happy, chatting to strangers in queues and helping the elderly find items they were looking for. A thoroughly enjoyable experience, to my surprise. @AgeFriendlyYork @YopaYork @AgeUKYork
