With the race now called, Lindsey Graham is headed to another six-year term in the U.S. Senate.

Tonight’s result demonstrates two realities of Republican politics:

1️⃣ Incumbency remains one of the most powerful forces in American elections.

2️⃣ President Trump’s endorsement remains one of the most powerful forces in Republican primaries.

When those two advantages are combined, defeating an incumbent becomes extraordinarily difficult.

The RINO Removal Project did not support Lindsey Graham. Our RINOScorus™ analysis found significant differences between Graham and several of his challengers on issues such as election integrity, foreign policy, term limits, and the America First agenda.

But voters have spoken.

We congratulate all the candidates who stepped forward to challenge the status quo and give South Carolina Republicans a choice.

South Carolina voters are asking the obvious question:

How can Lindsey Graham claim to support President Trump when he keeps working against Trump’s America First agenda?

Graham pushed the Russia collusion hoax, backed Obama and Biden judges who block Trump’s policies, and keeps freelancing overseas to promote more war while President Trump is trying to secure peace.

Trump himself had to remind Lindsey Graham that he is not the Secretary of State, not the Secretary of War, and definitely not the President of the United States.

South Carolina deserves a Senator who will back President Trump’s agenda, not undermine it.

Serving South Carolina has been the greatest honor of my life. Every vote I cast, every hearing I called, every fight I picked — it was always for you.

I’ve seen what happens when good people stay quiet. And I’ve seen what happens when they don’t. I would choose the latter every single time.

I’ve taken on the rich and powerful in both parties because I stand with the people of South Carolina!

I am literally willing to get on a plane to evacuate you from a war zone - I’ve done that too.

I voted to release the Epstein files and lost some support for that.

As a survivor, I chose to stand on principle and stand against the Epstein cover-up. I chose to expose the names hidden in the sexual harassment slush fund. I chose to expose DEI judges. I chose to expose the abusers of children.

And apparently, I chose wrong if the goal was winning an election.

I'm at peace with that. Because when a candidate is OK with corruption and cover-ups - something is broken. That's not a political opinion. That's a moral emergency.

I will always be grateful for the people of South Carolina who trusted me, fought with me, and refused to look the other way. This isn't the end of the fight. It's just the end of this chapter.

I will be forever grateful for the opportunity to serve my fellow country man and serve the greatest state in the nation, South Carolina.

The guilty verdict against Karmelo Anthony, delivered by an all-white jury, raises serious questions about whether Black defendants can ever expect equal treatment in a system that has too often criminalized Black youth while extending grace to others. Before a verdict was reached, Karmelo had already been tried and convicted in the court of public opinion, demonized by media narratives and subjected to the same stereotypes that have followed generations of Black Americans.

Black people must recognize that justice is not won only at the ballot box. We must show up for jury duty with the same commitment that we show up on Election Day. The courtroom is one of the most important battlegrounds in America. Every jury seat occupied by someone committed to fairness and truth has the power to influence outcomes and challenge injustice.

We must also educate ourselves about the history and power of jury nullification, a tool that has been used throughout American history when citizens believed the law itself was being applied unjustly. An informed community is a stronger community.

If I were defense counsel, I would already be preparing an appellate brief and moving to keep my client free on bond while the appeal is heard. The fight for justice does not end with a verdict. Sometimes it begins there.
