@KwikFitCS The person who phoned made it sound like this is a regular occurrence so I imagine ‘the team’ already know but haven’t sorted.
The wait for a refund is an issue as I can’t go elsewhere until I have the money back on my card. All hugely inconvenient

@KwikFitCS Why does your system let me book (and pay!) for something online for a specific branch, only for that branch to call me to say they don’t do what I’d booked there - resulting in them cancelling my booking and me now having to wait 3-5 days for a refund?

He clearly gets inspo from M&S - as you can see the bottle is very specific that it is not just mulled wine, it is RED mulled wine. Also it has microwave instructions on the back…
