@Hitachicool_GB We live in Gurugram,haryana, India. We have been told by the service provider that company discards the ac model every 3-5 years and thereafter spares are not available. The company does have remote control or relays in stock. Concerned raised on web site remains unattended

@Hitachi Hitachi is all bull shit n by buying hitachi aircon we made our biggest mistake .. they want us to change it every 5 years as the company don’t provide spare parts after 5 years n their mechanics have no idea about ac services !!!

@Hitachicool_GB We bought one hit n cold Ac n regretting till date .. services are pathetic n its a nightmare to lodge a complaint n their technicians are not even able to do it .. never ever hitachi
