I honestly wouldn’t have any problem with it if it turned out that #Sylus real eye color is brown, which is already pretty close to red anyway. Or if he actually turns out to be an angel in the next Myth and has blue or green eyes like #Sephiroth, lol xD. But it’s not just the eye color that stands out to me somehow. The shape of his eyes also looks a little strange or different to me. I don’t really know how to describe it, but something about them just seems different.
