We've felt isolated, drowning in depression and hopelessness, desperately trying not to let it show for the sake of our six children. The weight of it all has been a heavy strain.

On October 12, 2024, the world lost a beautiful little angel, Raphaela Keola Bumatay. Her name means "God Heals Life"—a hopeful wish my wife and I held onto, praying for a miracle that never came. Our hearts ache from the empty space she’s left behind, with a void that we hope no other family has to endure

We will always remember you. For you have tested our love, our strength and unity.
