@pnjaban Considering Biden just lost an election because of food costs, I’m not sure it’s gonna be a winning strategy to make food even more expensive. Don’t get me wrong, I’m all about about supporting local farmers, but this isn’t going to lower costs for the average American.
@kyrstensinema Nah. It just guns up the works and keeps anything from happening. The majority party should get to enact their agenda. Only then can Americans really see what they’re voting for. Also, it’s gonna be gone by February.
@DC_Draino I don’t think the executive branch does hearings. They do investigations and the end of that is either an indictment or nothing. Congress does hearings. But RFK won’t be in Congress.
@johnnymaga A recess appointment like this usurping the will of the people by circumventing the senate’s constitutional responsibility to give advice and consent. The senate is elected as an equal branch of government. Also, it’s embarrassing to recesss appoint with a trifecta.
@charliekirk11 At best, this is backward. But it looks like well over 90% of federal workers work in person. It’s also just insane to think that the DOD which employs 60% of the federal workforce has anywhere close to that number WFH.
