@British_Airways I find this extremely unacceptable, it’s a poor customer experience you are providing. Will you be confirming if people are not impacted? Or are we just supposed to wait and hope we don’t get a cancellation email?
@British_Airways when will you be announcing if flights on the 27th have been cancelled? “In a few weeks time” is not good enough. We need time to make other arrangements, especially since we are flying with an infant!!
