Many men suffer from the "save a damsel in distress" syndrome. This is a result of being programmed that women are these innocent beings, if they're damaged in any way, a man must step up to save them. What this mentality fails to recognize is, these women are not victims but architectures of their own misery

There's a saying, water seeks it's level, meaning guys who think or tell women with bad men things like "he doesn't deserve you, you're better than this" are too stupid to realize that's her actual type. She doesn't need any saving, she's right where she should be

Will Simp formerly Will Smith made the mistake of trying to save Jada Pinket, this was a woman who had been around a thug, fascinated, obsessed with this thug, Tupac. He thought it was his chance when Tupac died to prove to Jada, how much of a better man he was.

She doesn't want to be pedestalized but objectified. As twisted as that is, that's just how it is, she will reward the sins of strength and punish the good deeds of weakness. Now with this knowledge, don't try to go and about trying to be captain save a thot, let damaged women be

You will never be a damaged woman's greatest lover, she'll always compare you to that shitty guy. She's emotionally cold to kindness, care or love, she'll interpret it as weakness. Her emotions can only be triggered by the opposite of that. Meaning if you want to deal with a damaged woman (which I strongly disagree with) then you will have to match or overshadow the toxicity of every other man she's been involved with

One of the worst things that can happen to you as a man is being broke. If you're a man in this world with no income, you'll suffer in this world. It's degrading, your dignity takes a knock.

No one respects a man with no source of income. Your parents are ashamed of you. They will compare you to their peers children. Your siblings will belittle you. Even if you're the first born, if you're broke you're reduced to the status of the last born

Your whole family discard you, family meetings or events you're excluded, at most you're manual labour. The disrespect is transferred to your wife & children as well, they're manual labour too

Your friends if they don't avoid you, they will make you their ice boy. You'll be reduced to referring to your peers as "boss", "chief" etc. Your woman will not respect you, especially if she's earning, she'll constantly remind you, who's paying the bills

Your kids won't even respect you as well, after all you can't provide them with the things they desire. Yes, your kids will be ashamed of you, e.g they won't tell you of school meetings to avoid being embarrassed

Even your community doesn't respect you, you will always be the object of scorn & ridicule. Whenever they're accusations in the community especially about thieving, you're the 1st suspect, guilty till proven innocent

It's hard being a broke man, but as hard as it is, just keep on trying your best. To every man out there, trying his best, I hope things get better for you soon. Learn OR perish!!!
