@CoxComm for 19 days this year, and each of the last 12 days in a row I have had an outage with Cox Cable and when I reach out for support they refuse to answer. @CoxHelp
For the 31st time this year I have an internet outage, @CoxHelp doesn’t ever do anything acceptable say we are working on it. The problem is lack of competition in my area and they know it. I guess I am going to have to settle for lower speeds to get reliable service.
@CoxHelp You say that, but I have had an outage 23 times this year. I am not looking for the $3 credit I got last time I DM’d you. I am looking for reliable service.
