I was HEAVILY pressurised by colleagues to strike years ago. Hated the whole toxicity thing.

I promised myself that if striking ever became a thing again I would make my own decisions based on the issues.

Decision made. Bring on tomorrow.

There were 15 kids on my footy ref course (aged 15-18) last month. Is it any wonder referee retention is so low when parents cannot behave themselves?
