Subject: Formal Request for a Financial Compliance Review of Fenerbahçe Sports Club

Dear Members of the UEFA Club Financial Control Body,

I am writing to respectfully request that the UEFA Club Financial Control Body conduct a thorough review of Fenerbahçe Sports Club’s compliance with UEFA’s Financial Sustainability Regulations.

Recent publicly reported transfer activities, including transfer fees, player salaries, signing bonuses, and other financial commitments, have raised questions regarding the club’s compliance with UEFA’s financial framework. Given the scale of these reported expenditures, I believe it is appropriate for UEFA to verify whether all applicable financial regulations have been fully respected.

In particular, I respectfully request that UEFA assess:

Whether Fenerbahçe Sports Club is in full compliance with UEFA’s Financial Sustainability Regulations and all other applicable financial rules;
Whether the club’s transfer expenditure and player remuneration commitments are supported by its legitimate and reportable financial resources;
Whether all declared sources of funding, including sponsorship agreements, shareholder contributions, commercial revenues, and any other financial arrangements, comply with UEFA’s regulatory requirements;
Whether there are sufficient grounds to initiate a detailed financial investigation or audit, should UEFA consider such action appropriate.

This submission should not be interpreted as an allegation of wrongdoing or a presumption of any violation. Rather, it reflects a good-faith request for UEFA to ensure transparency, financial integrity, and the equal application of its regulations to all participating clubs.

Maintaining confidence in UEFA’s Financial Sustainability framework requires that all clubs be subject to the same level of scrutiny where legitimate public concerns arise. I therefore respectfully ask UEFA to examine this matter and take any action it deems appropriate in accordance with its rules and procedures.
