@vanguard_truth Nice, except the Pope and the Catholic church preach that Jesus is God. According to the Bible the Anti-Christ denies this. So the Anti-Christ suits many other things, but the Catholic Church. This is per 1 John 2:22, 1 john 4:3 & 2 John 7.

@lukaszkorycki @SoliDeoGloria_X I appreciate your enthusiasm but in 536, Pope Agapetus 1 went to Constantinople & dethroned the emperor's friend Patriach Anthimus 1 & enthroned Saint Menas as Patriach. The Emperor didn't like it but accepted it as the Pope had then & still has the authority. History proves it.

@lukaszkorycki @SoliDeoGloria_X I'm happy to add the Orthodox into this mix if that is what you're referring too? I'm over the schism. However, Rome is prime. Roman Catholic can refer to the rite rather than the whole but the fullness of Catholicity is to be in communion with Rome.

@Truth_matters20 The issue here is how God purifies. In old the Old Testament (Dan 7, Eze 1 etc.) God (the pre-incarnate word) is surrounded by an all consuming Fire (Heb 12:29, Deu 4:24). Jesus is like a refiner of silver (Malachi 3:3). If God overshadowed & dwelt in Mary she is pure 1000%.

@renewingprotest God gave her devine qualities & it is the call of all Christians is to become filled with the Holy Spirit. As Mary was overshadowed with the Holy Spirit (Luke 1:35) and filled with the presence of God then we respect and honour her for the Glory of God that dwelled within Her

@GospelOnX Catholics don't assume to know how God who knows everything will Judge them. We strive to walk humbly with God (micah 6:8), work out our salvation with fear and trembling (Phil 2:12) as Jesus will save us by grace but judge us based on our life (Rom 2:6, 2 Cor 5:10, Rev 20:12).
