today we're launching Claude Duet for growth
Refix comes to you with growth opportunities that need your attention
does the investigation while you’re away
and checks with you before shipping the fix
no dashboard to check. no agent to prompt. anymore.
We’re opening a research preview of Claude Duet, a new app where Claude works as a proactive agent.
It comes to you with what needs your attention, completes tasks you ask of it, keeps working when you step away, and checks with you before it acts on your behalf.

we mapped every marketplace on the internet and made the largest dataset
10,000+ of them. deliveroo, airbnb, swiggy, vinted, and everyone in between
for each, we shopped it like a real buyer and captured
- every screen from search to checkout
- every experiment and feature flag they're running
- every tracker and event that fired
- every dark pattern they use till checkout
and @refix_AI has already been trained on all of them
because the best growth ideas are already live on your competitor's checkout

3 quick wins for https://t.co/v6Upt45Sfz:
1. almost everything you rank for is a free tool or glossary page.
bimi checker (480/mo), spoof checker, spf/dkim test, deliverability tester, all sitting on page 5. you have 50 referring domains total. tools are the easiest links you'll ever get: post each one to show hn, r/emailmarketing and the deliverability newsletters, and every link lifts the whole site.
2. /use-cases/email-verification is titled exactly "Email Verification API" (720/mo, kd 26) and isn't in the top 100.
resend gets traffic for that same term with a listicle. your /tools/email-validator and temp email checker are the natural way in, so link both straight to that page.
3. "smtp relay service" is 480/mo at kd 28 and your /features/smtp h1 says "fast and reliable smtp service", no "relay".
put the exact phrase in the h1 and first line. same move for "send email api" (320/mo, kd 30).
just took a look! 3 wins on https://t.co/k7CgE3CgoX:
1. https://t.co/lkeaK1lkDc is a 404 and it holds 167 backlinks from 90 sites. that's about a third of everyone who links to you.
one 301 from /en to / and it all counts again. biggest single fix you have.
2. you built 15 "alternative" pages (hubspot, salesforce, pipedrive, attio...) and none of them rank.
each gets exactly 1 internal link, from /compare. link them from the homepage, footer and each other. right now all 28 of your keywords are misspellings of your own name.
3. pipedrive's "b2b crm" page pulls ~6k visits/mo for "best crm for small b2b sales pipeline".
that's literally your homepage headline. build that page. and put "is hubspot free" (590/mo) and "what is hubspot crm" (720/mo) as faqs on /compare/hubspot-alternative.
3 wins on https://t.co/Wwyca8ou8u:
1. your cuisine pages are already close: "south indian food delivery" #6, "gujarati tiffin service" #8, "north indian mess" #13, "bengali food home delivery near me" #15 (590/mo).
none of them has that exact phrase in the title or h1. match the title to the search, add "in noida / greater noida", and they move to top 3.
2. "how to start tiffin service from home" is #9 with kd 10 (480/mo), and "fssai license for home kitchen" is #18. those readers are your future chefs.
push both to top 3 and put a "cook with nomio" signup in the first screen.
3. "mess near me home delivery", "monthly mess near me", "home made tiffin service" and "home food service near me" get 880 searches/mo each at kd 17-30, and no page of yours targets them.
one "monthly mess & tiffin in greater noida" page with plans and prices can own all four.
3 wins on https://t.co/Lye5jdR7ck:
1. you're #5 for "electric scooty" (301k searches/mo) and #10 for "electric scooter" (450k), both on the same category page.
the h1 just says "Electric Scooters". put "electric scooty" in the h1 and first line, and #5 to top 3 is a lot of free clicks.
2. "cooler price" (201k/mo) at #8 and "printer price" (90k/mo) at #6 land on category pages that never say "price".
add a "cooler price list in india" block with the top 10 models and prices. that's exactly what those searchers want.
3. safety shoes is your core category and nobody owns the long tail: "leather safety shoes" (kd 9), "safety shoes under 500" (kd 12), "steel toe safety shoes for men" (kd 16), "lightweight safety shoes for men" (880/mo, kd 17). one filtered landing page each, ~4k buyers a month with almost no competition.
3 wins on https://t.co/rPyIPckRNF:
1. your ai writer leaked its prompt into a url.
/blog/ai-phone-agent-api-build-vs-buy-cost-how-it-works-meta-description-149-chars-wha/ and its meta description is just the h1 glued to the first sentence. 301 it to a clean slug and write a real description. worth grepping every generated post for the same.
2. your free indian-language tts tools are what google trusts you for.
14 terms like "marathi text to speech", "gujarati text to speech", "kannada text to speech" (~5.5k searches/mo in india) but you sit at #66-98. the homepage only links the /tools hub. link each language page from the homepage, footer and blog and they climb.
3. you're #18 for "sarvam ai text to speech" (480/mo) with /voice-ai/tts/sarvam/, but the phrase isn't in its title, h1 or first line. put it there and it's a page one shot.
took a look at 99tests 👀 you're sitting on more than you think:
1. 676 sites link to you, but nearly 50 of those links point at pages that are dead now (/tester-zone, /software-test-pricing, /signup, old /blog posts). 301 them to /join, /pricing and the closest live page, and that authority comes straight back
2. https://t.co/HfdaSh3KZy has 111 linking domains, your second strongest asset. it links to your main site 5 times, all to the homepage. point it at /pricing and your device pages
3. your 20 "test app on [phone]" pages are the growth engine and most get 1 or 2 internal links. once 1 and 2 feed them, add the next 30 phones people buy in india
3 wins on https://t.co/NGFydrTWVs:
1. your canonicals loop.
/events/ says the real page is /events, and /events 308s back to /events/. your sitemap lists the no-slash versions too, so google is pointed at a redirect for every page. pick one (trailing slash) and make canonical, sitemap and nav links match.
2. /robots.txt serves your homepage html.
crawlers get no rules and no sitemap line. add a real robots.txt with Sitemap: https://t.co/FVx62Vl4ee and submit it in search console + bing.
3. you rank for 0 keywords and have 0 backlinks, but you have qdrant, portkey, sarvam and llamaindex people in the room.
get each partner to link your events page, and put "ai community bangalore" in the homepage title (right now it's just the brand, with 3 h1s).
3 wins:
1. your most-linked article is a 404.
the old https://t.co/Qq2DWsvcLS TEE security post has 53 backlinks from 8 sites, and it redirects to a url that doesn't exist. the page moved to /docs/layers-of-security-for-tees. one redirect gets those links back.
2. www is broken.
https://t.co/A4SpTWMR05 shows a certificate warning because it still points at an old github pages site. add www to the cert and 301 it to the root.
3. 245 sites link to you and you rank for 2 keywords.
13 of your reveries posts get 0 internal links, so none of that authority reaches them. link the research from the homepage and docs.

JEV IS INSANE.
We gave it 5000 real user journeys from a consumer app.
It only saw each user’s first 3 journeys. We hid whether they ever came back.
In around 10s, Jev predicted who would quit, how confident it was, and where each journey started going wrong.
It correctly flagged 712 out of 948 users who later disappeared.
Total cost: $0.06
Refix then looked across everyone Jev flagged, found the recurring product issue, and drafted the fix.
Comment and tag @refix_ai so we can add you to get early access.
every "proactive" AI agent shipping right now is faking it. yours included.
there's a ladder of autonomy, and almost everything calling itself an "agent" is stuck on 2:
L0: you ask, it answers (every chatbot)
L1: you set a cron, it runs
L2: an event fires, it reacts (webhooks, zapier + an llm)
L3: it decides when to look again
L4: it decides what's worth doing. nobody told it to.
the ambient agents everyone's hyping right now (@claudeai tag included, it's genuinely good) live around L2-L3. they watch the channels you grant them and follow up on threads they can already see. useful.
but you still have to point them. that's the ceiling.
the jump from L3 to L4 is the entire game.
L3 still waits for a signal. L4 wakes up with no trigger at all, looks at your product, and writes its own assignment: "nobody asked, but this retention dip is worth investigating. going in."
we built L4. we call it the oracle. it generates its own charters, no human in the loop.
because the valuable work was never answering the question well. it was knowing which question was worth asking in the first place.
something huge launching soon.
