“why do people ship that???” translation: “this is my first fandom and i’m struggling to comprehend that not everything caters to my liking, i’m entitled af and can’t let people exist with different preferences than me”
to be honest I've never understood the type of performative shock of "this artist made something so EVIL and WEIRD and CREEPY"... aren't you embarrassed to be so easily scandalized? do you realize you're exposing your naïveté? don't you want to be seen as worldly and experienced?
i really think you guys tend to forget mental disorders / mental illnesses are called that cus they cause pain. theyre awful to deal with. then u go and bash people with aspd, npd, and hpd while not even acknowledging how much pain their disorder must cause for them cus-
everyone’s all like “abuse victims shouldn’t have to forgive their abusers” until it’s someone who was abused by their peers i.e. bullied then suddenly they’re a bitch who needs to get over it
On International Day Against Queerantagonism always remember that anti-Queer hate includes hate towards:

- Xenogender folks
- Neopronoun Users
- Non-monogamous folks
- Bi/Mspec Lesbians

Hantavirus might become a pandemic, or it might not.
Regardless, y’all should be masking and taking precautions because the COVID pandemic never even ended, everyone just chose to start ignoring it and all the chronic illnesses and death it continues to cause 🤷🏽♀️
Instead of demanding everyone “just read”, y’all need to start making info more accessible (video, audiobook, etc.) especially for disabled folks.
Chronic pain, fatigue, mental illnesses, neurodivergence, a lack of time, etc. can all make reading more difficult or impossible.
I genuinely cannot recommend to young queer people enough: get the hell out of intracommunity discourse. Literally read anything else all day. Read history, any history, not just queer history, anything really. This endless identity powerscaling is a poison.
I hate to see people say “trigger warnings are pointless” because as someone who’s seizures and migraines and triggered by flashing lights I can assure you they are NOT pointless 😭 I greatly appreciate the flash warnings I just don’t say it because I’ve already scrolled away.
I cannot overstate how the disability benefits system enables abuse. Disabled people are disproportionately likely to experience abuse, and a benefits system that keeps disabled people in poverty only serves to increase financial dependence and make leaving incredibly difficult.
