A new update is available for Reftab! Refresh your instances and you'll have access to our new integration with MS 365!
Update on our previous post: we've decided to show the number of users that are not found in Reftab (Option B from our previous post)
Some interesting statistics here, 50% of SaaS licenses go unused for over 90+ days. This means a company of 500 employees is wasting over $800,000/YEAR. 500 employees * avg 11 licenses each * avg license $300 * 50% = $825,000.

Our fix: Display 12:00a as “End of Day” this lets users select that time block while the system knows thats actually the start of the next day.
Any devs out there deal with tricky times? How did you all handle it?
Here’s an interesting one: after over a decade of handling reservations in our system; a user notified us the time slot 11:30p - 12:00a was unable to be booked. For those that didnt know time is notoriously difficult to handle while coding. 11:30p is Day 1, 12:00a is Day 2.
Option A) Do nothing. Only show users that are in Reftab that have licenses. Option B) Display an overall message, "15 users not found in Reftab with MS Licenses" Option C) Show all users assigned to the licenses even if they're not in Reftab. Anyone have insight?
OPINIONS NEEDED: To all of you IT professionals out there, we're working on a new integration and need some insight. We've built an integration with MS 365 to gather all License data. What should we do if a user that is not Reftab is found with an MS license?

(3/3) This means, when a user needs a laptop repaired, all you need to do is scan the tag with your Reftab mobile app. Instantly, you’ll be able to make the decision of whether to repair the asset (if covered under warranty) or purchase a new one.
(1/3) 🛠️ Introducing Reftab's Dell Warranty Sync! Our system automatically retrieves the Warranty Start and End Dates, plus the Ship Date. All we need from you is the Service Tag.
(2/3) When using the CDW integration, as soon as a Dell computer is purchased, CDW will enter the Service Tag in Reftab.
This Service Tag is then used to sync both the Dell Warranty as well as the remaining information from your Intune instance.
