I had the awesome opportunity to film this month's dinner club that Matusek Table puts on at Spiderweb Gardens here in Tuftonboro. It was such a great experience and watching strangers gather around the table and have conversations with a good meal made it quite the experience.

Prep starts early here at The Refuge BBQ and Mercantile. 2 days of fire and smoke to make sure that we are ready to serve each weekend. We are in the shop Friday and Saturday 11-6, Sunday 11-4.

Good morning everyone! We hare prepped and ready as we can be for the weekend. This is our first 4th of July weekend in the brick and mortar, and we honestly have no idea what to expect. With that said there is a very strong possibility that we will sell out early.

It’s been a busy two days! Busy enough that y’all wiped out a good portion of what was prepared for the weekend, so I fired up the smoker and restocked our Tri-Tip and added on some sausage link options. We are open today from 11-4!
