How a refund works on Refund Pad:
1. Launch a coin. It goes live on https://t.co/4eVo9SIE43 with its own refund pool.
2. For 24 hours, its creator fees fill that pool.
3. Didn't make it? Holders claim the pool. Made it? The pool buys it back and burns it.

How it works:
> Launch a coin. It gets its own refund pool.
> For 24h, 90% of its creator fees fill the pool.
> If the dev sells, or the price sits 80% below its high for 10 min, holders claim the pool.
> If neither happens in 24h, the pool buys the coin back and burns it.
