Nick Ferrari is spot on calling out these schools closing early because it’s “too hot”.

“Parents get fined if you take your child away from school for an unregulated holiday. But schools can close down on a whim because it’s too hot? How does that work? What lesson does that send to our children?”

As Nick rightly pointed out, kids went to school during World War 2, sitting at their desks with gas masks ready just in case. Yet today a bit of warm weather triggers total panic stations.

This country loses its mind over a warm spell or a dusting of snow. We used to love hot sunny days as kids, out playing all day with no fuss. Just enjoy the weather, FFS!
