上市与庞氏交易有相似之处，在没有底层价值的时候，先行人的买入会成为后来者的估值区间，后来者的成本支付了先行人的收益，只要故事足够美丽动人，就会有不明就里的散户对此买单，散户的心理被锚定到了虚假的估值区间，不同轮次和（KOL轮次通过喊单）会再次巩固散户的心理锚定。
