@stevepa22417307@ClownWorld Fuck that. I know a lot of old veterans who love to jog or bike ride rural, because they grew up in those towns. Mace is the nice thing to happen in those scenarios, for both parties involved.
@RinoTheBouncer Console, because I haven't seen enough evidence that PC pushes innovation in gaming. All the new gadgets and trends seem to come from consoles.
@mpenzo82@Orbyto@NoContextHumans Many just take the job because it pays money. Homeless are everywhere, and many live with parents because of job scarcity.
@mpenzo82@NoContextHumans Plus the ones asking for donations on automated kiosks, good lord! Gas stations want donations, which is a decent idea, if not added to the list of questions it asks. Like, are you a rewards member, do you want a car wash, how about a coupon for a free donut.
@mpenzo82@NoContextHumans Generally I tip pretty well. I even over tip occasionally to make people happy or remember me. Still, it's a dumb concept to require a tip. If a tip is required, it is not a tip. Plus it's being added onto traditional things that you wouldn't normally tip for.
@mpenzo82@cornmaster0411@NoContextHumans Arguably the restaurant doesn't need to exist either. Plus the restaurant wants people to be there, tipping or not. No customer, no profit.
@mpenzo82@Vlnrcm@NoContextHumans But it's a bigger dick move to do any to that customer. It's literally your job as wait staff to be nice, no matter what. Because some people are having bad days, and a single person can ruin a brand image and reputation.
@mpenzo82@dawons_fantasy@NoContextHumans It seems that the new starting percentage is 15%, and goes to 30%. Plus waiters push extra add-ons to bump your bill even higher. Plus, the entire country now wants tips for literally everything, everywhere.
@N3xus_N3xus@NoLaughsHere@messedupfoods In America they will just refer you to a medical facility or private company, which will be fast, good and cheap. The hospital may be good, slow and expensive.
@JPLaFrekuencia@zod1988@YourAnonNews Assuming it covers anything, or they even take it. It's also literally a 10 person debate behind closed doors to decide how much you should pay, each time you use it. Insurance is useful no doubt, but it has many many flaws.
