Seeking a resolution, I requested a refund due to the failure to meet halal requirements. Shockingly, my request was met with a flat-out refusal from the staff. To exacerbate the situation, the food was never delivered due to the compliance issue.

Upon ordering a shawarma and inquiring about the halal status of chicken, I was astonished to discover that the restaurant lacked a separate grill for halal items. This blatant non-compliance with halal standards raised serious concerns about the overall food preparation process

@demetres Very bad experience with Demetres dufferin st branch, very rude staff, Andrea did not allow by saying we stop entry 20 min before dinning hours, there was no queue, tables were empty, and we were there at 11:45 pm, as per website they can not deny entry before 12:00 am

Extortion in the name of covid protocols. Fined at #YusufSarai red light for not wearing a mask in my own private car while drinking coffee with my mother. No showing of ID cards. Only 2 men screaming at me. One clicking my picture and other not willing to listen. @ArvindKejriwal
