Today I, being the Chief Executive of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province, along with my cabinet and parliamentarians, going to Adiala Jail situated in the province of Punjab to show solidarity with former Prime Minister of Pakistan Mr. Imran Khan.

The federal government has stopped us in Islamabad 26 number chowk. It’s not only an insult of the chief executive but of the 46 Million people of KP.

The federal government has also stopped the Gas of KP. Punjab government has stopped the wheat movement towards KP. All of these acts are against the spirit of federation and the constitution of Pakistan.

Mr. Imran Khan has lost 85% of his eyesight due to the negligence of Adiala Jail’s administration and their handlers. He is not being allowed to meet his legal counsel, family and even personal physician. The federal government is not obeying the court orders and Punjab government is violating the fundamental rights of a political prisoner. Mr. Imran Khan is being treated inhumanely and has been placed in complete solitary confinement since November 2025.

We strongly demand the immediate access of Imran Khan sahb’s family and personal physician to him without any further delay. The state of his health is a matter of serious national concern and any harm caused to him due to negligence or deliberate denial of medical care is the direct responsibility of the federal government, the Punjab police, the administration of Adiala Jail and their handlers. We warn that the nation is watching and history will not forgive those who remain silent or complicit. Justice must prevail and it will prevail!

ڈاکٹر انعم فاطمہ جس کو گزشتہ روز تمغہء امتیاز دیا گیا ہے اس کی پچھلے 2 سالوں کی تاریخ بہت دلچسپ ہے۔
یہ عام انتخابات 2024 میں PP158 لاہور کی آر او تھی، یہاں سے پاکستان تحریکِ انصاف کے ٹکٹ پر چوہدری مونس الٰہی نے اپنے کاغذاتِ نامزدگی جمع کروائے تو انعم فاطمہ نے مونس الٰہی کے کاغذاتِ نامزدگی ریجیکٹ کردیئے تھے، یہ ایسی عظیم خدمت تھی جس پر انعم فاطمہ کو راتوں رات ترقی دی گئی۔
آج انعم فاطمہ گریڈ 20 کی افسر ہے اور اس کے پاس بیک وقت تین تین عہدے ہیں، یہ ڈپٹی ڈائریکٹر جنرل انفورسمنٹ بھی ہے، یہ ڈائریکٹر میونسپل ایڈمنسٹریشن اسلام آباد بھی ہے، یہ چیف آفیسر میٹرو پولیٹن کارپوریشن اسلام آباد بھی ہے اور ابھی حال ہی میں ان موصوفہ نے تصویر میں موجود باقی تین افسران کے ساتھ مل کر بری امام میں رہائشی آبادی پر آپریشن کر کے 612 ایکٹر زمین واگزار کروا کے ناجائز حکومت کو تخفہ بھی دیا ہے۔
میں تو یہ سوچ رہا ہوں کہ اتنی ننھی سی جان، اوپر سے تین تین عہدے، اب امتیاز کا بھی وزن اور پھر یہ گرمی کا موسم۔
یہ قوم کے لئے کتنی محنت کر رہی ہے۔

Our family has appealed to all party office holders, senior leadership, MNAs, MPAs, and Senators to come to Adiala Jail this Tuesday to build pressure on the government to:

1. Allow immediate access for Imran Khan’s lawyers and family.
2. Transfer Imran Khan to Shifa International Hospital for proper medical examination and treatment, in the presence of specialists, his personal doctor, and family.
3. Ensure Chief Justice Dogar takes up the bail applications of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi so they can be released from this illegal imprisonment without delay.

Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi are being held in solitary confinement, one of the harshest forms of treatment in violation of Pakistani law and international human rights standards.

Imran and Bushra Khan are being tortured in custody by Pakistan's military regime. Barrister Salman Safdar, their lawyer, describes how they are isolated in their tiny, windowless cells in complete isolation for 22-23 hours each day.

He termed it "shocking and alarming" that the Jail Superintendent is subjecting Imran and Bushra Khan to punishment beyond their conviction and sentencing, however flawed that may have been.

SSP Sajid Baig, who took over as Superintendent of Adiala Jail in January 2026, is widely believed to take his orders from an army colonel who is de facto in charge of Rawalpindi's maximum-security prison.
