ISRAELI MOTHER AND DAUGHTER BRUTALLY ATTACKED IN THAILAND AFTER SAYING THEY WERE FROM ISRAEL

An Israeli mother and daughter were reportedly severely beaten on Koh Phangan after a man with a French passport asked where they were from.

When they answered “Israel,” the 62-year-old mother said they were on vacation and did not want to discuss politics.

According to the mother, the man initially walked away—then returned and attacked them.

Her 23-year-old daughter was injured while trying to protect her. Both women were hospitalized and underwent surgery.

The suspect later fled the scene but was reportedly arrested after a separate violent confrontation with police.

The mother said afterward:

“We will learn not to say we are from Israel, because you can never know how someone will react.”

A horrifying reminder of what Israelis are increasingly facing abroad simply for being Israeli.
