addressing this, there have been delays sa us orders since may mga hindi pa nakakapagbayad ng claims nila (mostly ot8 claimers) and that affects everyone who only claimed 1-4 specific members since hindi sya shini-ship out unless bayad na

delays regarding shipping the items to me are out of my control, but i know sa sarili ko na i've always reached out to my suppliers to ask
