Selama saya mengajari diri saya untuk mampu kompeten menjadi dokter di @univ_indonesia, saya menemukan fakta ada celah kekosongan yang jauh antara dokter dan pasien.

Sebab sebagian besar masyarakat Indonesia belum memiliki akses terhadap literasi kesehatan.

Tentang bagaimana konsep cara menjaga dan merawat kesehatan diri sendiri masih belum banyak yang bahas dan tersedia.

Terutama dalam memilih, memilah, dan memanfaatkan informasi kesehatan dengan baik.

Saya bangun @frons_id agar peneliti lebih mudah, murah, dan cepat dalam diseminasi riset kesehatan dan masyarakat awam bisa mengakses riset terkini.

Ke depan saya akan lebih giat dalam mewujudkan visi ini hingga menjangkau kelompok usia termuda.

Hingga semua orang bisa punya akses terhadap literasi kesehatan dan riset kedokteran terkini,

most people still think solana is only for degen trading

you could earn, trade, lend, stake, spend, learn, build, & grow inside one ecosystem

so here is my personal daily solana stacks, protocol that I actually use

> growing money

this is where I spend most of my time as a defi enjoyer, liquidity provider, and trader.

1. @MeteoraAG - home of liquidity

DLMM is where I learned that liquidity pool is not passive farming. it is an actual skill, you need to sharpen your skill to earn more.

it rewards people who understand ranges, volatility, fees, and positioning.

this is also where my small 2 SOL journey grew into around 50 SOL today.

DLMM teaches you how to survive inside volatility instead of just staring at candles.

2. @JupiterExchange - default solana defi hub

I use Jupiter products for all aspects, including swaps, routing, and stablecoin strategies through @jup_lend

for stablecoins, lending and looping around JupUSD, USDC, and $PST can create a more defensive 5–7% apy range depending on market conditions.

sometimes boring yield is the most underrated yield.

3. @humafinance - my best payfi/stablecoin plays.

$PST is not just another yield-bearing stablecoin narrative for me. it captures yields from real world payment.

holding, locking, or looping $PST can generate attractive usd yield, often around 12–18% APY depending on the setup.

what I like most is that huma feels more transparent and risk-aware than many projects that only market high APY without explaining where it comes from.

4. @hylo_so (pre-TGE)

hylo is building decentralized stablecoins with hyUSD backed by JitoSOL, plus optimized SOL LST yield through hyloSOL.

diversifying stablecoin portion to hyUSD is the best choice. aiming more yields? just supply it on loopscale

good product, real usage, and potential airdrop points.

5. @MetaDAOProject ICOs

MetaDAO is one of the most interesting launchpad on Solana.

it has both permissioned and permissionless ICO launchpads, but the real alpha is the futarchy mechanism.

instead of pure hype-based governance, MetaDAO introduces a market-driven way to decide what should happen.

for retail, this could become a better framework for token launches, governance, and ownership.

6. @Loopscale (pre-TGE)

loopscale is different from the usual supply-and-borrow money market. rates depend on an orderbook.

that makes it more flexible for unique assets, including leveraged tokens from exponent, meteora NFT positions like USDC-USDT, and various SOL LST brands.

7. @Titan_Exchange (pre-TGE)

titan has become one of my favorite places to swap and place limit orders on Solana.

fast execution, clean experience, private swaps, badge campaigns, and trading campaigns.

8. @cfldotfun - level up your trading & make it fun

CFL brings the excitement of gaming into token trading.

it feels like managing your portfolio like a football manager.

instead of buying and selling tokens, you are building a squad, rotating positions, and trying to outperform the market.

9. @SuperteamEarn - bounties, hackathons, grants, jobs, and opportunities

the most obvious “earn money without trading” platform in Solana.

Your skill can become your capital.

> Staking Rewards - the easiest part of the stack.

less screen time, ,more compounding, more ecosystem alignment.

10. @solanamobile - everyday gadget

owning solana mobile gives you direct exposure to solana-native campaigns and airdrop opportunities.

for Season 2, $SKR matters, staking $SKR and doing daily onchain transactions are part of the game.

11. @Tramplin_io - premium staking rewards

tramplin is reimagining staking rewards.

instead of everyone getting small rewards linearly, tramplin distributes rewards randomly through a much bigger prize pool.

anyone staking can have a chance to win large rewards, including prizes up to 104 SOL.

it turns staking into something more exciting without removing the core idea of supporting the network.

12. @bulktrade - new revenue for LSTs

Bulk is building around onchain perps with fast execution.

the interesting part is the reward mechanism, their validators can be rewarded in USDC from trading fees, which creates a new type of yield path for bulkSOL holders.

Staking bulkSOL is not only about yield.

it is also a bet that Solana-native perps can grow into a serious market.

> spending profits - should also be easy, rewarding, and crypto-native.

13. @xplaceapp (pre-TGE)

Xplace is currently my favorite crypto spending app.

low FX rate, USDC cashback, points, self-custody wallet, airport lounge access, promos, and clean UX.

there are still some issues, especially with credit mode.

I hope they fix it soon because the core product is strong.

this is the kind of app that can make crypto useful beyond charts.

14. @KASTxyz - used to be a Kast user and fan.

but recent policy changes made me more reluctant to use it.

higher FX rate, cashback in points, unclear TGE timeline, and non-self-custody structure are not small details.

when an app can freeze or close your account, that changes the risk profile.

convenience is good, but control matters more.

> Learning & Growing - crypto is not only about trading, farming, or rotating into the next narrative.

If you want to survive long enough, you need community, skills, and people who make you better.

15. @SuperteamINDO - the best places to grow in solana.

builders, creators, operators, writers, researchers, alpha seekers, there is room for everyone.

you can learn, contribute, connect, meet people, and find real opportunities.

the best part is that the community is actually supportive. that is rare, not all chain have this kind of community and support

16. @MonkeDAO - far beyond NFTs or JPEGs.

it has townhalls, IRL events, weekly highlights, exclusive telegram groups, and strong local chapters.

for me, this is one of the best communities to hang out with.

culture is underrated until you realize culture is what keeps people around when prices go down.

17. @blueshift - best learning hub

if you want to become a Solana builder from zero, Blueshift is one of the best learning hubs.

clean learning path, builder-focused content, and beginner-friendly resources.

final thought

solana is not only about maximizing yield or flipping tokens.

it is about building a complete loop:

> earn from DeFi.
> compound through staking.
> spend your bags in real life
> grow skill through community.
> learn enough competence to survive the next cycle.

that is why solana feels different to me. what Solana project should I add next?

This is how @KASTxyz treats an OG user?

After delaying TGE twice, they froze my account without any prior notice or proper explanation.

Now LAU from KAST says my 267K points (worth 21K USD) are “permanently inaccessible” because the account closure is final under their Terms of Service.

So early users support the project, working hard, wait through multiple TGE changes, then suddenly lose access to their account and points with no real appeal process?

That’s not fair. At minimum, users deserve transparency, proper communication, and a real case review.

mengapa kampus harus ikut?

karena sebagian besar kampus PTN yang berstatus PTN-BH tidak mampu mendapatkan pendanaan yang berkelanjutan sebab pendanaan kampus tidak lagi sepenuhnya dari APBN

PTN diharapkan mampu mandiri secara finansial, tetapi sayangnya...

kebutuhan anggaran kampus bisa ratusan miliar hingga triliunan rupiah sehingga kampus perlu cari berbagai cara untuk mampu mendapatkan kas positif tiap tahunan

beberapa cara yang umumnya ditemukan:

- beberapa kampus ada yang "pajakin" hibah penelitian dosennya dengan ambil 10% dari dana masuk
- punya jalur mandiri yang memungkinkan mahasiswa bayar uang pembangunan dan UKT setinggi langit
- buka fakultas kedokteran untuk mewajarkan UKT yang mahal meskipun tidak relevan dengan visi kampus
- buka usaha dan jasa konsultasi mulai dari pembuatan rencana strategi fakultas lain hingga proyek-proyek yang memberikan label "telah lolos uji di....."
- beberapa mulai punya venture capital dan inkubator bisnis yang dikemas dengan brand "science technopark" tetapi tidak ada yang benar-benar kontribusi banyak
- jasa pendampingan PTS yang ingin membuka jejaring atau fakultas mereka sendiri
- punya dana abadi yang dikelola secara "bodoh" dengan yield 3-4% setara dengan inflasi

ya begitulah industri pendidikan, perguruan tinggi di Indonesia ada 3.100+ dengan 126 PTN, jauh lebih banyak dari negara yang punya populasi lebih banyak seperi China (hanya 2.500) dan AS (3.100).

wacana PTN punya dapur MBG memungkinkan PTN punya pendanaan baru apalagi kebanyakan "science technopark" atau inkubator bisnis kampus bermainnya di sektor pertanian, perternakan, dan pangan.

Toh untuk bermain di IP & paten untuk high tech, kampus kita masih belum mampu naik level.

Kampus di Indonesia adalah bisnis yang paling basah dan jarang kena komplain, entah lo bayar ratusan-miliaran pun kalau tidak dapat kerja lo ga akan bisa komplain ke kampus lo. Ini yang bikin kampus sulit mengikuti zaman entah itu dari kurikulum pendidikan hingga mindset manajemen pimpinan kampus.

Bahkan kalau kertas stempel dari kampus lo digugat orang lain, kampus bisa diam saja terkait hal itu.

Suka tidak suka, mau tidak mau, PTN dan kampus-kampus lain akan menyambut wacana ini sebab itu tidak akan merugikan mereka dan justru memberikan pemasukan baru dan mendukung program pemerintah.

Dalam hal ini kepala BGN telah mengambil langkah strategis untuk kepentingan institusinya. Meskipun sebagai warga sipil ikut miris membaca wacananya.
