The Boston Red Sox are bringing me on board as an Acquisition Specialist in the pro scouting department! It's been quite the journey to this point, and I have innumerable people to thank for their support and engagement. Couldn't be more ready to start!
Logging back in real quick to say Ben Zobrist receiving no HOF votes is a tragedy and will be looked back upon with confusion and contempt by future generations. I will be on the right side of history.
We’re thrilled to announce that Performance Specialist Tyler Zombro [@T_Zombro24] will be joining the Chicago Cubs as their Special Assistant, Pitching effective Spring Training ’25.
He will be working closely with Cubs Leadership in Player Acquisitions, leveraging his unique skill-set to drive value for this storied Organization.

Interesting one! Low-slot, low extension guy with a sinker sporting 18" of run and a gyro slider. Strikes me as a classic Rays "different look" guy, but he can sit 93-95 with the sinker and four-seamer, so maybe there's more in here.
Tobias Myers and Jake Bauers brought the Rays two of their most talented hitters ever from Cleveland and then happened to team up in Milwaukee to star in an elimination game. I love this sport
