The best way to speak in this world is not yelling about politics with a microphone, but rather with your actions. Build amazing things. Support projects and people you believe in. Speak with your actions, your energy and your money.

If babies understood embarrassment, most of them would never learn to walk or speak because of the amount of failure required to improve.
This was one of our first lessons in life but somehow, we forgot
This year’s medicine laureate Shimon Sakaguchi discovered a new class of T cells.
Sakaguchi was swimming against the tide in 1995, when he made a key discovery. At the time, many researchers were convinced that immune tolerance only developed due to potentially harmful immune cells being eliminated in the thymus, through a process called central tolerance.
Sakaguchi showed that the immune system is more complex and discovered a previously unknown class of immune cells, which protect the body from autoimmune diseases.

Some days, like today, we have to lean hard into God, as if he is a very present help in time of trouble. Because he is.
We have to lean hard into his understanding and not our own.
We have to rely on him mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually, as if he is strengthening us and helping us and upholding us. Because he is.
We have to trust in God and trust also in Jesus and when we do, our hearts will not be troubled.
We have to trust that his plans for us are good and that, if things are not good at the moment, we have to trust that they will be because he will work them into good in the end.
We have to dress in the armor of God and wield worship like a weapon. We have to praise him through the storm. We have to trust that his grace will be sufficient for us through every trial, remembering that it always has been before.
We have to remember that Jesus is the author and perfector of our faith, and that he knit us with great care in the womb. We are precious in his sight.
We have to rely on his perfect love to defeat our every fear.
God always comes through when you rely on him through a hardship. It’s incredible the way he upholds you and lightens your burdens and renews your strength.
I’m walking through the valley today, but his rod and his staff, they comfort me. And if you are walking through the valley today too, they will comfort you as well.
Physical activity is the most effective intervention available for promoting brain health and longevity. Recent research demonstrates that regular exercise, even in modest amounts, is effective for enhancing brain volume, improving memory, and reducing the risk of neurodegenerative diseases. Beyond its cognitive benefits, moderate physical activity also contributes to extended lifespan and better overall health outcomes.
Even regular walking has shown to have powerful impacts on brain structure and function:
*️⃣Activity levels equivalent to 4,000 steps per day have been linked to measurable increases in gray matter and white matter volumes (PMID: 38073389)
*️⃣A 2011 study showed that 40 minutes of walking, three times per week lead to a 2% increase in hippocampal volume over one year, effectively reversing 1–2 years of age-related atrophy and enhancing spatial memory performance (PMID: 21282661).
*️⃣A more recent study suggests that activity levels equivalent to walking just under 3 hours daily for the least active populations could extend lifespan by 11 years on average (doi: 10.1136/bjsports-2024-108125).
Even walking is an accessible, non-pharmacological intervention for promoting brain health, reducing disease risk, and enhancing longevity.
extreme results come from extreme preparation. years of reading hard books shows in your conversations. years of a strict diet shows in your energy. years of consistency shows in your confidence. years of focus shows in your results.
If it is true that oxidative stress is the common denominator in women giving birth to autistic children then you should see autistic children being born to mothers with more oxidative stress such as in diabetes:
A 2025 meta-analysis published in The Lancet Diabetes & Endocrinology pooled data from over 56 million mother-child pairs and found that maternal diabetes (type 1, type 2, or gestational) during pregnancy is associated with a 25% higher risk of autism in the child. https://t.co/HxwPG2gZQJ
Another 2025 systematic review and meta-analysis calculated that in utero exposure to maternal type 2 diabetes (T2D) and gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) moderately increased the offspring's risk of developing autism (pooled OR: T2D = 1.48; GDM = 1.31) https://t.co/3LCQwXDf8M
The 2013 systematic review in PMC highlighted putative mechanisms: maternal hyperglycemia increases free-radical generation and impairs antioxidant defenses, leading to oxidative stress in the fetus. This oxidative stress is directly linked in multiple studies to neurodevelopmental disorders, including ASD. https://t.co/w1QPZZ4qbo
Recent large pooled analyses also confirm a robust association between gestational diabetes and autism diagnosis (up to 56% higher risk compared to non-diabetic pregnancies), emphasizing a likely pathophysiological role for oxidative stress during gestation. https://t.co/ch2MwEPDlw
Again, multiple hit theory means that for some that have more oxidative stress, those that take tylenol might cross the threshold. Might explain why population with less diabetes (Sweden) is negative - tylenol doesn't get them over the threshold - but in the US it does because of the prevalence of oxidative stress.
Wake up with the sunrise
Walk at least 8,000 steps/day
Workout 4-5x a week for 45 min
Whole foods diet 90/10 rule
Spend time with friends and family
Reduce artificial light exposure in the evening
Don't stress the small things
This is the way
Few people know about the relationship between testosterone and 25ml of olive oil
In this study, they fed men 25ml of olive oil for 3 weeks
Testosterone increased from 520 to 615ng/dl. It’s almost a hundred-point increase in testosterone just after three weeks, which is quite significant
