We’re building a system that makes hiring on Web3 simple.

Post a job on ARC → review applicants from your dashboard → shortlist the right person.

The applicant is sent to Admin for approval. Once approved, a contract is created between the employer and the jobber.

The employer commits the budget, and the work begins.

Once the job is completed and verified, the payout is released automatically.

ARC takes just 2.5% of the payment. The remaining 97.5% goes directly to the worker’s connected wallet.

And soon, workers will be able to receive their payouts in $ARC.

No unnecessary back-and-forth.
No payment uncertainty.
Just hire → work → verify → get paid.
