The one that gets people every time: importing all of lodash for one function. Your bundle is 400KB heavier for _.debounce.

Fix: import debounce from 'lodash/debounce'
That's it. One line.

Hey ~ Most React apps aren't slow because of architecture decisions.

They're slow because nobody added React.memo. Nobody split the bundle. Nobody switched <img> to <Image>
