@KittyWiddy He doesn’t control the developers. He can say it all he wants. I am in that industry. Developers have zero interest in Florida, so unless he is ready to start throwing MASSIVE incentives at these developers, they are never going to build in Florida at scale.

@KittyWiddy Data centers will never happen in Florida because of climate, natural disaster risk, insurance rates, cost of living, and utility costs. Same reason they don't build AI facilities in Florida currently.

@KittyWiddy This is misinformation. Data centers do not do this. They are dark warehouses. That said, I agree about BD. He's horrible for Florida. However, Florida does not make sense for data centers and that's why they have some of the smallest data center numbers in the country.
