@Peoples_Pundit Buddy there’s not a person on planet earth that didn’t think he was voting for Trump, its only exciting to people who were also voting for Donny. This isn’t a W lol
@007_gracie @jtxccgn @mitchellvii That still means women in other states suffer, people are voting for the rights of ALL American women. This is galvanizing issue for even Rep women as well. You think republicans would stop fighting for guns if there was an assault rifle ban? This will go past whoever wins today
@007_gracie @jtxccgn @mitchellvii Nope 70% of the country didn’t want that. You all have opened a Pandora’s box, abortion will be a forever issue. Republicans are gonna lose for years over this. Not sure why you all thought people would just let it go. Wisconsin has 3 dem state supreme court judges bc of it.
@007_gracie @jtxccgn @mitchellvii Nope bc when democrats win again they can again change it. No issue is ever off the table depending on who wins, one side just gives up trying to fight it, like the civil rights act.
@RubinReport It’s not facism, if you have government contract information you can’t be having private conversations with a foreign political and military adversary. (Putin) & doing favors for China It’s common sense. You’re a smart guy man. Don’t lie to your people.
@urbanjerry2 @jtxccgn @mitchellvii The existing ruling is there’s no right to it and states can decide, if the branches of government exec & legislative decide, it can be enshrined into law. SCOTUS doesn’t make laws they rule on disputes, the state would have no power over national. States didn’t want seatbelts.
@urbanjerry2 @jtxccgn @mitchellvii Right they all mean SCOTUS can strike it down if Congress doesn’t pass a law. Back to my point Congress has the power to make abortion access a national law. Since the ACA was passed by Congress SCOTUS couldn’t touch it.
@urbanjerry2 @jtxccgn @mitchellvii Yeah just like Obamacare faced challenges, just like slavery faced challenges in states rights, just like the civil rights act faced challenges - and look what happened to them all- enshrined into law. This is called democracy.
@brysongray Nope- in a world of facts only one side said he wanted to get rid of the constitution and instigated an insurrection so it’s not the same if one side already tried to subvert an election.
@LibertyLockPod If you knew how the legal democratic party system worked you wouldn’t make this comment. Anybody could’ve challenged her at the DNC, nobody did. Btw republicans have the same system.
@Halfway_Hikes @jtxccgn @mitchellvii People don’t have a “right”to healthcare insurance but laws are passed to give them access- Govt shouldn’t have a “right” to control a woman’s body - also Roe vs Wade wasn’t just for abortion there’s other health issues it protected when things go wrong in pregnancy.
@Halfway_Hikes @jtxccgn @mitchellvii That’s not true Congress can sign a national abortion law, with the presidents signature just like they did the ACA, Obamacare.
