@urbanjerry2 @jtxccgn @mitchellvii The existing ruling is there’s no right to it and states can decide, if the branches of government exec & legislative decide, it can be enshrined into law. SCOTUS doesn’t make laws they rule on disputes, the state would have no power over national. States didn’t want seatbelts.

@Halfway_Hikes @jtxccgn @mitchellvii People don’t have a “right”to healthcare insurance but laws are passed to give them access- Govt shouldn’t have a “right” to control a woman’s body - also Roe vs Wade wasn’t just for abortion there’s other health issues it protected when things go wrong in pregnancy.
