@cunardline - poor communication from @_Intercruises about transfer to Queen Anne. We were at hotel at T2 at LHR. But Intercruises rep on phone said we have to drag our luggage and walk all the way to Terminal 3. And our coach stopped at Terminal 2 to pick up passengers. WTH???

@FedExHelp @FedExForum @FedExGround FedEx asked us to come to 6021 Bethlehem Blvd, Edgemere MD. HUGE building, no response, security guard said nobody there to retrieve packages. Isn’t that the core business service of @FedEx? Customer service is unhelpful.

@FedExHelp @FedExForum @FedExGround FedEx asked us to come to 6021 Bethlehem Blvd, Edgemere MD. HUGE building has 1 person for package retrieval, and he left early for the day. Two hours early with no backup. @FedEx is the worst possible delivery service. Frustrating.

@Uber_Support Thank you for your response. Have passed it on to my friend. However please note that the poor service from @Uber drivers caused us to stop what we were doing and drop our friend in our car to his destination.

@Uber @dkhos 🚗😠 Unbelievable! Yesterday, my friend had a nightmare with Uber. Two drivers accepted the ride from Coral Springs to Miami, but kicked him out of the car. The third driver canceled when he found out it was to Miami. What's up with that? #UberFail
