We speak publicly all day long: collaborating with coworkers, presenting quarterly reviews to your boss, job interviews and podcasts, Zoom, convo with a Lyft driver or friend, posting on social media...
Cam has it right. People do business with people, not tag lines or bullet points. There's a place for tag lines and bullet points on your website and packaging. When communicating, a personal message is how we connect. Once you connect, do you even need a call to action?
Going viral is a distraction.
